The Society of Antiquaries of London is pleased to announce the relaunch of Archaeologia as an occasional, digital Open Access journal.
Archaeologia, or, Miscellaneous Tracts Relating to Antiquity, was published in print for more than two hundred years from its inception in 1770. Its aim: to reflect the multi-disciplinary study of the human past through material culture and material remains. In its new guise Archaeologia aims to accommodate research papers of a length that falls between upper limit for The Antiquaries Journal (c 10,000 words) and lower limit for monograph, and/or which deal with data best handled or presented in digital formats.
