Gift Aid – Online Declaration Form

For every £1 that you donate in the future or have donated in the last four years, we can collect 25p from the taxman. As a charity, this is hugely beneficial to us.

In order for us to claim Gift Aid, we need correct details and consent. You can do this simply by completing the form below.

  • Please select one or both of the following options:

  • When you choose to ‘Gift Aid’ your donation or subscription, the Government gives us 25% extra. By choosing to ‘Gift Aid’, you are confirming that you have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for the current tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that the Society of Antiquaries of London (and/or Kelmscott Manor) and other charities will reclaim on your gifts for the current tax year (Council Tax and VAT do not count). Please notify the Society if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
