We have elected 10 new Fellows

  • Ian George, BA, MA. Historic Places Manager at Lincolnshire County Council, previously an Inspector of Ancient Monuments for Historic England, he is currently interested in the historic preservation systems and Native American cultural heritage.
  • Jane Elizabeth Masseglia, MA, M.St., M.Phil., D.Phil. A Lecturer in Ancient History who has published widely on visual culture, she is part of the ERC LatinNow project researching provincial Latinization.
  • Wendy Morrison, M.Phil, D.Phil. An archaeologist who also lectures at Oxford, she works for the Chilterns Conservation Board, running ‘Beacons of the Past’, an NLHF funded investigation of Chiltern hillforts.
  • Andrea Kirkham, PhD. A wall paintings conservator with interests in medieval and early modern painted schemes, she has worked on Shakespeare’s Birthplace, The Bloody Tower and the house of the Master of the Mayflower.
  • George Ong, B.S, J.D. A collector, author and specialist in intellectual property law with an interest in the history of book and manuscript cataloguing, he is editor of the publications of the Grolier Club of New York.
  • Lisa Westcott Wilkins, MA. Managing Director of DigVentures specialising in crowdfunding, crowdsourcing and digital methods to increase public participation in archaeological research and heritage projects.
  • Samantha Stones, BA, MA. A Property Curator at English Heritage, she has published on the role of gender in conservation and heritage interpretation.
  • Andrew Viduka, BA, MA. Assistant Director of Maritime and Commonwealth Heritage in the Australian Government, he has conducted archaeological surveys and excavations globally and has published widely on maritime archaeology.
  • Valerie Bott, MBE, BA, MA. A museum consultant and historian who co-ordinated the refurbishment of Hogarth’s House in Chiswick and is currently working on The Mulberry Garden at the House.
  • Helen Woodhouse, BA, M.Phil. A Development Advice Archaeologist at English Heritage with over 20 years experience in all aspects of field archaeology, she has contributed to a range of reports and publications.
