Join us for a spellbinding morning on the first of our new Family Fun Friday events for children and their grown-ups in the school holidays.

Timings: Storytelling at 10.30 am and 11.15 am (20 minute sessions)
Booking: Free, no need to book. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

Listen to tales of the Caribbean water witch Mama d’leau and her fairymaids with professional storyteller Wendy Shearer. Take inspiration from the witches’ jar in our collection and create your own magical potion to take home, then cast a spell to spread some magic this Halloween.

Activities are suitable for children aged 4+ and younger children are welcome. All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout their time at the Society.

Toilets and baby changing facilities are available. Please note that we do not have an accessible toilet on site.
