ORDINARY MEETING OF FELLOWS
President’s Annual Address
This event will be both in person and online.
The programme for our Anniversary Meeting is detailed below. Fellows many bring guests but tickets must be booked online through our website.
If you would like to attend the reception which will follow the Presidential Address you must book a ticket finding the correct ticket below. Admission is £10 per person. Guest are welcome but they must have a ticket.
The schedule is as follows:
3pm: The ballot opens.
3:15pm: Refreshments for Fellows are served in the Council Room.
4pm: The meeting begins and will include the President’s Annual Address.
6pm: The reception will follow the meeting.

Attendance at Burlington House:
The ballot opens at 15.00 BST.
Refreshments for Fellows are served from 15.15 BST (in the council room).
The meeting begins at 16.00 BST, and will include the President’s Annual Address.
After the meeting, a reception will follow at 18.00. Booking is required and is £10 per person. If you are attending the reception please ensure you book the relevant ticket below.
Guest are welcome but ‘but are reminded that they cannot vote on Society business and they must have a ticket.

Registration is essential.
Open to anyone to join, Fellows and Non-Fellows.
Once you have registered we will be in touch regarding how you can join via Zoom video-calling.
The event will also be live-streamed to YouTube here, so you can watch along if you prefer
Places through Zoom will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event will begin at 16.00, BST.
You will receive an email with the link to join the day before the lecture.
Attendees’ cameras and microphones will be off throughout.
