Become a Patron of Kelmscott Manor

We need your help to secure the future of Kelmscott Manor. The Society of Antiquaries of London (registered charity no. 207237) supports the Manor, which costs £4,700 for each day it is open to the public; ticket sales and other revenue generated by visitors does not cover. It is only through the generous support of Patrons, Corporate Sponsors and Friends that we are able to care for and develop this important heritage site.

“Becoming a Patron means more than keeping a lovely historic house in good order and open to the public; it is an act of faith in William Morris’s vision of life,” (Joscelyn Godwin, Patron)

In return for their generous gifts of £1,000 or more, Patrons receive invitations to special events at Kelmscott Manor like Fellows’ Day, a drinks reception and guided tour of the Manor, private views of major exhibitions in the UK where the Society has objects on loan and lectures at the Society’s Burlington House apartments focused on the Morris family, Pre-Raphaelites and the Arts & Crafts Movement.
