Miscellany of Papers

Ordinary Meeting Of Fellows (Fellows And Guests Only)

Miscellany Of Papers

This year we'll hear from four of the 2014 research interns at Burlington House and Kelmscott Manor.

This past summer, several students collaborated to help audit and record the Society's seals collection (including seal impressions from the archives and manuscripts). Students from University of Aberystwyth and University of Sussex will describe their project.

At the same time, students from Oxford University worked on 'The Lost Treasures of Kelsmcott Manor' project, a part of which was recently highlighted in an article by Fellow Maev Kennedy ('William Morris Letters...', The Guardian, 22 October 2014).

Admission to the Ordinary Meeting is free as usual, and there is no need to reserve a seat.

Mulled Wine Reception

We hope Fellows will join us for our annual Mulled Wine Reception, following the miscellany meeting. This year we have a special treat!

A small choir of Fellows has agreed to perform for us and lead us in a short round of holiday caroling. You don't want to miss it!

Admission to Mulled Wine Reception is by ticket only (£10). Guests are welcome!

Please visit the Mulled Wine Reception event page to pay in advance online (Fellows' login will be required). Alternatively, you may call 020 7479 7080 or email admin@sal.org.uk to purchase a ticket.
