Museum Documentation Assistant : Iolo Walton
Iolo plays a key role in improving public access to the collection by auditing, documenting, and cataloguing the Society’s c. 3000 18th-19th century printing blocks ready for publishing online.

Rebecca (Becky) manages the printed books and serials collections, the provision of online services to Fellows, maintenance of the Library management system and cataloguing of books.

Kat is responsible for the cataloguing and care of the archives and manuscripts held by the Society, as well as the collections of photographs, glass slides, bookplates and brass rubbings.

Kehinde handles Fellows’ subscriptions and changes to Fellows’ personal data. She is in charge of daily finances (invoicing, payments, etc.)

Esther assists the Senior Finance Officer with day to day finances. She is also the first point of contact for Affiliate Members.

Josie handles all enquiries about criteria and eligibility for grants as well governance procedures; she manages nominations for new Fellows (Blue papers) and Balloting arrangements at Ordinary Meetings.

Kella works as the Assistant Librarian where she provides Library support to Fellows and other researchers in response to research enquiries. She is also responsible for the maintenance of the print serials collections.
