Salon has a new look!

We've switched to a new e-newsletter service provider, which has allowed us to update the design of Salon and manage your subscription preferences more efficiently. This allows us to provide you with an e-newsletter that looks better and is easier to read, and to spend more time focusing on the content we deliver. Readers now have more viewing options to, and can choose to view 'plain-text' versions of the e-newsletter rather than HTML versions, view it in their email clients, view it in their internet browsers, or view it on their mobile phones.

We hope you like the new design and welcome your feedback to help us continue to improve it. 

Problems receiving Salon?

Now that we've begun to send out Salon with a new e-delivery program, some readers have seen Salon land in their 'Junk' or ‘Spam’ folders. Usually as soon as you mark the email 'not junk' or ‘not spam’, your email client will remember this and should not block future issues. However, with institutional emails (such as work, rather than personal emails),  you may have to ask your IT department to make sure that Salon is ‘white listed’ using the information on this page of the MailChimp website. You could also provide us with a personal email address, rather than a work address.
